Still trying to find a place to donate Migraine devices

So, still have yet to find a place to donate my TENS Unit, Cefaly and gammCore to. Nobody seems to want it or need it and i would think there has to be someplace that can use them instead of me selling them on eBay...

Alan

  1. That's a tough one, Alan. Medical equipment of any sort can be tough to get rid of. While we're waiting to see what others have to say, have you tried asking the doctor's office who prescribed them to you? They might have some ideas. Thank you for trying to be generous to others! 😀 -Melissa, migraine.com team

    1. Hello, I’m new here and I realize this post is from several months ago- but I am looking for a Cefaly device! I am on a very very low income but my doctor wants me to use this expensive device daily. If you still have one to get rid of, or have found any programs that help folks get/try these devices, I would greatly appreciate any leads!

      1. Thanks for asking. I understand how expensive this device are, and like you am low income being on SSDI. In my case, I saved for months to get one, and am glad I did.

I'm not sure about programs to assist with this, but do know the company has a 90 day money back guarantee many have found helpful. They also have a few options to pay over time. Let me share that info with you; https://www.cefaly.com/financing-options?gclid=CjwKCAiA9qKbBhAzEiwAS4yeDYHuRX9U9PqzDRqP1iGg-i8x_AP559EDWSecuGnzA8Ryqat__rynuRoCjlkQAvD_BwE.

      2. Hi there- this is a great question. It's an unfortunate reality that so many effective migraine preventatives (including devices) are out of our reach and not covered by insurance. I wanted to pass along a couple of articles we have on Cefaly and encourage you to skim the multiple comments from our community members in case you may find that someone shares a tip on how to find a way to save on this particular device or who has one they are looking to off load: https://migraine.com/blog/cefaly-questions-answered. And: https://migraine.com/blog/cefaly-migraineurs-review. Our members are often generous in sharing their tips and wisdom so it may be that you will be able to learn something that will help you. Thinking of you and glad you're with us- Warmly- Holly -migraine.com team.
