...Next thing I know I'm heading to the street head first....

...I hope the following story brings some relief for fellow migraine sufferers. I started having migraines in my teens and they continued for the next 30 years disrupting my life...

...recording and the analysis have been helpful in making me more aware of the earliest stages of a migraine (when possible) and thus empower me to take steps...

...That would mean being on the go (dancing through the streets) for 12 hours till 7pm....

...Will I be on the streets unable to see to get to safety? These are real fears, and true dangers, but still this is NOT what I’m talking about....

...Out in the streets i had the occasion to watch my right hand before, which seemed peculiarly just 'next' to the spot in space where i'd have assumed it...

...I eat chocolate but have done over those 4 years I have been stressed over the 4 years more stressed then normal but that didn't bring them on...

...Once looked in the mirror and my eye was completely missing but not because of a dark spot or stars & streaks etc....

...I tend to lose the stream of thought. I put processes in place. I put in extra effort and plead for a miracle. There’s no miracle, not yet....

...My friends and I played outside until the street lights came on. We had block parties and July 4th parades that came right down our little street....

...(a very well-traveled street that I am very familiar with)....

...But I still haven't walked further than 2,000 steps I tell myself!...
