Courtney Getty
Courtney holds a BS in health sciences with a concentration in public health from Stony Brook University. She is passionate about ensuring people impacted by chronic health conditions feel empowered, connected, and supported, and have access to the information they need while navigating their experiences.
Alexa Vecchione
Alexa holds her BA in media studies and production with a minor in public relations from Temple University. Before joining HU, she was a senior account executive at a boutique PR agency in Philadelphia, specializing in social media strategy and management for clients across a wide array of industries. With a personal and professional passion for storytelling, Alexa is excited to use her digital skills to help foster meaningful connection and provide a safe space for impactful dialogue. When she's not at work, you can find her at a concert, at home with her cat, Betty, or singing (poorly) at karaoke.
