Pillow

I wake up with a migraine almost every day. I’m convinced now that it must be my pillow and have tried several top rated ones with no success. They either don’t support my neck and shoulders properly or they are too hard, especially the weird shaped ones, like Deralia.
I’ve tried to roll a small towel to support my neck, as well.
Please please give me your suggestions! I’ve been getting migraines for 50 years or so and am feeling so worn down by them. I’m active and healthy but am dealing with some shoulder pain for a few years.
Thank you for your help

  1. Hi. I hear how frustrated you are! Neck and shoulder issues are huge migraine triggers for many people here, I can imagine how the wrong position in bed just makes it all worse.

We have discussed this in the past with the community and there is a good article I'm going to pass along. You can also see there are a lot of good comments underneath. Maybe you'll discover something you haven't before.

And I'm sure you've probably considered it, but there's always the possibility that it's more than just your neck/shoulders leading to your morning migraines, which could be why it's been so hard for you to treat. Here's an article about some other conditions that might be worth looking into:
