Ubrelvy no longer works

Hi! One Ubrelvy worked for first year of use, then was more than not needing 2. Today for the first time ever 2 did not work. Anyone finding the efficacy of the CGRPs wear off? My neuro said my body shouldn’t be used to it already. I took it intermittently when Advil didn’t work from Jan 2021 to Dec 2021. Then Advil completely stopped working in Dec 2021 so went strictly on Ubrelvy. Now Ubrelvy no longer helps. Advil helped for 20 years. Back to it, I guess. Is this normal for CGRPs? How long to give them a break before use again? I also use Nurtec as preventative and abortive if the timing is right. Occasionally Nurtec doesn’t work but almost always does. Help!
