Alendronate
Anyone else find that the pharmaceutical (for bone thinning) Alendronate Sodium also a trigger? I need to take the stuff but it flattens me out everytime. I am taking the 70 mg version; once a week.

- It does appear that bisphosphonates can cause 'headaches' as a side effect but I didn't see anything definitive about migraine specifically. I did a quick search on our site and didn't see a reference anywhere to this in people's stories but I'm hoping that someone who has some shared experience with you chimes in soon! How do you cope ?
