Hi everyone

Well I just found out I don't have to take anything for allergies. I had a test and it was just the usual. I take betahistine for my vertigo. It's been very bad here in Ontario, the air quality along with the heat has been pretty much unbearable.

Ok, as far as my migraines go I usually get barfy ones. I have Nurtec ODT 75 mg but it says to take it as soon as you get a migraine. Unfortunately, since I don't realize when it hits, I haven't tried it. Has anyone tried this? Please let me know, thanks.

I'm still getting lidocaine, it seems to help, but I also realized that I was taking too much Tylenol. It caused rebound migraine so I'm trying to wean myself off. Another birthday has come and gone.

OMG, I'm 81 and I'm so glad people, even doctors, say "You sure don't look your age." I usually get told I look 67 or 70. I am shrinking. I think used to be 5'1 now 5 and am short and sassy.

I have come to realize that each day is a gift, so migraine or not, I can not abuse that. I try to stay positive. I am sending peace and faith to all of you and keep you in my prayers always. These migraines are a pain and hurt but I have migraines they do not have me! Let go. Let God. Its not easy, but why not? So when the next one hits me like today, I try that. I miss all of you sincerely. - Susan
