Seizure like episodes with migraines

I have experienced these seizure like episodes with my migraines. They have lessened with gabapentin and Amovig shots, but still there. More predictable now. I feel a certain odd way before they happen. The migraine is very intense in front part of my head, when I come out of it. Anyone else have this kind? How are you managing them?
