"Hello friends sorry been a while . The latest news I have confirmed with my neuro and A lady up there in the health dept . It was not my imagination the Covid Maderna shot has maid my migraines worse . apparently they all are causing inflamation through out our bodies not every one but enough . So today i suggested to get a prednisone low dose pack to do for a week . And they also gave me a new med that is out there you take it in the am called qulipta its free patient assistant , i guess if you are on medicare or ssd . check it out . you can take it with Ajovy and many others . ok will let you all know how it goes and let me know if you are getting more headacehes since you got the shot .. lv and peace . "sore had injections in my back yesterday .. I want to share to all of you . I have had Migraines all my life from age 8 now 51 . Six years ago i had a MRI it was normal . 2020 Had a MRI and I have white matter disease and my neuroligist blames it on the migranes ... I went to get tested for several skills and i underperformed big time . Get your mri s done at least every 5 years of your brain i would say . Especially if you find your self forgetting a lot like i do . Woman friends going through the changes will bring on headaches but torwards the end like the 8 the month i think they start to get better . My main problem is occipital Migraines .. BEWARE OF ABLATION !!! they do not tell you that you can come out of it in constant pain .... like i did with nerve damage ... And nerve blocks can aggravate the nerve it is just a quick fix for most of us . The doctors will push them on you , but listen to your body . Don't do it if its not lasting and the headaches come back worse ....Ajovy seems to be good .. you can get on patient assistant pretty easy one person can make up to like 50k . "A little tire Fibro has been crazy. Must be the humidity here in Fl ..i wanted to mention to every one . If you are considering Ablation for neck nerve pain occipical neralgia and i know i spelled that wrong i take topamax lol.. Any way i did it a long time a go , and the dr i had a very good rep and you sing these papers and you dont see the fine print that says ""You can wind up in PERMENENT PAIN .''' And that is what happened to me . So Ajovy actually helps and gabbapentin 1100 mg i take bid .. So i take 2 stupid meds besides others .. Ok friends just wanted to share that with you alllllll....."

"I am good . I want to share with every one a GREAT PILLOW i finally found . i am so fussy i went through about 6 pillows before i found in my opinion the perfect pillow .. Ok friends the Snuggle-Pedic . You can go to the web site and I think they are giving 10% off now , or Amazon has them in 2 day prime delivery .. So They do come in king thank God ..The cover is washable and COOL very Soft has something to do with Bamboo . It comes super tightly wrapped . When you first see it your going to say " this thing is going to be to flat or soft not enough fill"" Give it 15 min and put it in your dryer for 10 min well it is the most soft but solid and supporting pillow my head has every laid on . And it comes with extra fill if you need it . i did not And you can take out some if you need to , it is adjustable to your comfort level and how you sleep . And the great part for me it really makes the heat go away from your head . And i have occipical Migraines with regular ones and this if great it does not go flat on you . It adjusts to you and keeps the support you need as you move . I get noting out of this . I just know there are people like me that are in need of a pillow that will make you feel better . I also advise to have an adjustable bed . During a migraine as you notice when you go to lay down and you feel more pain , It's because the blood is rushing back to your head more . I always adjust my bed up and with 2 pillows . Much better . I am planing with in the year because my mom and i will be moving to our forever home at the end of the year . I am going to write my own Book with tuns of Migraine information that doctors do not know because it may be way before there time and they do not know these drugs work good together etc... I have had migraines for 39 yrs. I see nurse pra. that I have so mush more knowledge then they do . So we will see . I hope you all stay safe and God Bless you .. Mish "
