New cluster headache on left side

Hi! I usually get migraines on my right side. Now, I get cluster headaches as well on my left side. About 10 years ago I had an MRI that showed a white spot on my left side, very tiny (like a fourth of a centimeter), outside of my brain. Any thoughts? I'm an old pro at migraines, new to clusters.
