Nurtec & Sucralose
I just figured out that Nurtec contains sucralose. I also wish this medication didn't contain peppermint flavoring. Any type of sweetener (including monk fruit & stevia) & peppermint seem to be triggers. Has anyone else gotten a headache from their migraine treatment?
Yes! I know for a lot of people peppermint gives relief, but for me it spikes my pain. I have Nurtec, but never really use it because of this.
