HELLO, I AM NICOLE, A 15 YR. OLD THAT HAS BEEN A CHRONIC MIGRAINE PATIENT FOR 3 YEARS +. MY PAIN HAS NEVER LEFT. I DECIDED TO DO MY SCIENCE PROJECT BASED ON MEDICATIONS FOR CHRONIC MIGRAINE SUFFERERS. I AM CONDUCTING THIS ANONYMOUS SURVEY BY ORGANIZING INFORMATION ON DIFFERENT MEDICATIONS & ANY CORRELATIONS I CAN FIND TO HELP SUPPORT THE RESEARCH IN RELIEVING THIS PAIN.
