Vestibular Migraine to Meniers Disease

1. I'm new here but went thru hell my last 5 years.
2.I Suspected Praluent because it started 3 weeks after switching from Rapatha
3.Attacks of Hot sweats;Aura-My world turned sideways visually or looked like a fun house everything stationary is wobbling;my balance was completely gone, intense nausea;Migraine lasting for weeks or months, crawling 50ft just to make it to bed;and intense vomiting for 5 to 6 hours....🙁....5 years later I'm better 90% is gone....
I added Magnesium L-Threonate;lowered Salt...
Rx-Amitriptyline 40mg every night,I would take 2 mg of Diazapam Valium and could cut the attack down to 45m to an hour;Ubrelvy;Nurtec;Qulipta...none worked...or Tylenol or Advil...I went to the hospital 7 times from my job sites with The phone company...My Nuerologist said try Clonazapam 1st half...now I take 1mg tablet every 12hrs...it helps and 1 whole Compro suppository or Ondansetron for vomiting....if I didn't get better I thought I would or could die...when the attack hits it's like your brain, body and being is caught up in a tornado twisting you like silly putty...then I got tested for Meniers 3 months ago;we can actually see the fluid on the brain scan behind one ear so I'm also on Trimeretene hctz....I'm 90% better I did have an attack yesterday on a ladder but I held on and it was gone in 10min...luckily I retired last year...peace to all Only the folks who have it know what you're going thru...

Although I'm sorry to hear all that you've been through, including a Meniers diagnosis, I am so glad to hear that you are 90% better than it was at your worst. What a relief that must be!
