Changing Migraines

I am a 75yr old woman. I have been suffering from migraines since I was in my twenties. I very rarely got bad frontal headaches but did get very painful occipital migraines, these seemed to ease of after many years.
Now I seem to be getting an aura no headache but find for the next couple of days I feel awful as if I am coming down with something I even tested for Covid but it was negative. Really tired even though I sleep very well. Should I se my GP to discuss this.
