Slow heart rate & migraine

Hi. It’s recently come to my attention that I get a low heart rate at times, especially at rest & at night. I wouldn’t have known about it, but, I’m wearing a Smart Watch (iwatch) that my husband got for me a couple of years ago, because I was falling & he was afraid that, if he wasn’t home & I became unconscious, it would be very dangerous (I’m on blood thinners because of having had multiple clots.)
So, the watch alerted me to the fact that my heart rate goes down to the low 40’s, rarely into the upper 30’s. It only makes note of it if that event lasts for 10 minutes or longer. One night, it noted the issue 17 times.
So, I told my doctor about this, & I’m just finishing up wearing a 24 hour home heart monitor, that I’ve had on for the past month. I have a referral to Cardiology, but they won’t see me until they have the results of the monitor.
I also have an appointment with my neurologist this week. I have been taking Quilipta for about 2 years & it seemed to be THE CURE, but now isn’t working anymore, just like all the other CGRP meds I’ve tried over the years. They all worked for a while, then stop.
I should say that, because of my history of 9 deep vein thrombosis (clots) in the past, I’m on 2 anticoagulants. I’m very limited with the medications that I can take.
So, I know I’m a pretty weird bird. I’m just throwing my situation out here & wondering if anyone else has a combination of migraines & heart irregularities, thst was found to be correlated & what was done about it? Has that treatment helped?
Thanks so much for reading all this.
